The Hindmarsh Bowden Health Group value both good and bad feedback and endeavour to use it as a tool to improve clinic procedure. With the inclusion of a suggestion box and patient surveys every three years, we seek to understand clinic strengths and areas of improvement.
Patients have a right to lodge a complaint with the clinic and are encouraged to bring forward any concerns with the services they have received to the Practice Manager who can be contacted via telephone (08) 8417 7700.
In the case of an unsatisfactory outcome please contact the Office of the Health Services Commissioner regarding concerns, queries or to report a complaint. They are located at 191 Pulteney Street, Adelaide 5000 from Monday-Friday, or free call 1800 232 007.
